Signature Projects

Congo Water Project

When a village moves up a mountain from rising lake conditions, women and children spend hours a day going back to the lake to carry water up the mountain. We joined a water project to put a well in the village—a small effort that allowed time for education, productive family work and interaction, and agriculture.
